The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods throughout our supply chain. From coordinating shipments and managing documentation to supporting inventory control and warehouse logistics, you'll be at the center of our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, rigging, and engineer sourcing for system deinstall projects.
  • Create purchase orders for outsourced deinstall services.
  • Track and manage incoming shipments, notify internal teams for inspections, and ensure readiness for processing.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams for scheduling and proper handling of all equipment.
  • Prepare shipping and receiving documentation; maintain and update inventory records.
  • Monitor inventory levels; assist with cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and space planning for incoming systems.
  • Manage outbound shipments, documentation (BOLs, packing lists), and ensure on-time delivery and compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate daily with freight carriers, vendors, and internal departments on shipping timelines and order status.
  • Support special handling for high-value or sensitive equipment and ensure proper labeling and routing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain ISO 13485 compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities you'll need for this opportunity:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics, freight coordination, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency with logistics systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving ability.
  • Forklift certification or experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
